Our client wants to improve their sales team's ability to sell virtually and needs practical skills to adapt their current skills to the virtual environment. Because of the pandemic, face-to-face training isn't possible, so they need interactive and engaging learning content for their blended selling skill refresher.

A BLENDED LEARNING ON FASHION & STYLING
We have partnered with a NGO and they are using fashion as a form of self-expression. They require a solid foundation of knowledge to continue their activities. As a solution, we have developed a blended learning program for them, which combines online content to provide knowledge and real-life assignments to help students apply their skills and understand personalization and basic fashion concepts.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHT
MICROLEARNING IN WELLNESS PROGRAME
An online lifestyle retailer has implemented hybrid working, but their traditional approach to the wellness program has caused a decline in employee wellness and satisfaction. We reviewed their current content and transformed it into microlearning modules. Additionally, we organized a Wellness library with appropriate categories to make sure that employees can promptly access pertinent information.

Revamp the categories and filters available to employees so that they can efficiently sort and access the desired content as per their requirement.
